What is your cancellation policy?

Guests must cancel by 3 PM local hotel time at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night room and tax penalty charge.

What is the check-in time?

Check in time is at 4pm. Check out time is at 11am.

Is there an early departure fee if I check out prior to my reservation date?

Upon early departure, an Early Departure fee of 1 night’s room and tax applies.

Is there a age requirement to check-in?

Minimum check-in age is 21. Valid identification is required at time of check-in.

What is the smoking policy?

Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for any guest room where smoking is found to have occurred.

Do you allow pets?

Dogs are allowed on request. A signed pet policy and non-refundable fee of $75.00 for 1-4 night stays and $125 for 5+ night stays will be required at check-in. Max weight is 75 pounds. Dogs only. We follow ADA’s definition of Service Animals, an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Please note that pets are not allowed in suites.
