This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on high-energy service, knows their way around a bar, and is ready to step into a key guest-facing role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential Skills &amp; Duties:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guest Relations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a welcoming, approachable atmosphere at the bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anticipate guest needs and handle concerns with a solution-focused mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure every interaction is professional, respectful, and memorable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operations Excellence<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with CHM standards and local laws<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate guest identification and manage alcohol consumption responsibly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar throughout your shift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take and deliver beverage and food orders, working with kitchen staff as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sanitize tools, bar tops, and high-touch areas regularly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sweep, mop, and reset bar areas at the end of each shift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and report safety concerns or faulty equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous bartending or F&amp;B experience preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A team-player mindset and positive attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Physical Requirements:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lift\/move up to 25 pounds without assistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work Environment:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This is a part-time, hourly position with variable scheduling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fast-paced, guest-centered setting with high interaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cardinal Hospitality Management<\/strong>&nbsp;uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility<br>of all new hires.
