Essential Skills & Duties:
Guest Relations
- Maintain a friendly, approachable presence when in guest areas
- Anticipate and address guest needs promptly and professionally
- Support a clean, welcoming environment that aligns with CHM and brand expectations
Operations Excellence
- Clean and service guest rooms and public spaces per brand and CHM standards
- Perform routine tasks such as changing linens, replacing towels, vacuuming, dusting, and
sanitizing bathrooms - Restock supplies and amenities to ensure rooms are ready for the next guest
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Maintain key control and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support laundry operations and transport soiled linens as needed
- Assist with other housekeeping or cleaning tasks as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleanliness standards
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift
- Lift/move up to 25 pounds without assistance
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time, hourly position with variable scheduling
- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy
- Fast-paced, guest-centered setting with high interaction
