Essential Skills & Duties:

Guest Relations

  • Maintain a friendly, approachable presence when in guest areas
  • Anticipate and address guest needs promptly and professionally
  • Support a clean, welcoming environment that aligns with CHM and brand expectations

Operations Excellence

  • Clean and service guest rooms and public spaces per brand and CHM standards
  • Perform routine tasks such as changing linens, replacing towels, vacuuming, dusting, and
    sanitizing bathrooms
  • Restock supplies and amenities to ensure rooms are ready for the next guest
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
  • Maintain key control and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Support laundry operations and transport soiled linens as needed
  • Assist with other housekeeping or cleaning tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleanliness standards

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift
  • Lift/move up to 25 pounds without assistance

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time, hourly position with variable scheduling
  • Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy
  • Fast-paced, guest-centered setting with high interaction
