About the Role

Cardinal Hospitality Management is looking for an energetic, guest-focused Part-Time Bartender to join our team at The Winslow in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and help create memorable bar experiences for every guest. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on high-energy service, knows their way around a bar, and is ready to step into a key guest-facing role.

Essential Skills & Duties:

Guest Relations

• Create a welcoming, approachable atmosphere at the bar
• Anticipate guest needs and handle concerns with a solution-focused mindset
• Ensure every interaction is professional, respectful, and memorable

Operations Excellence

• Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with CHM standards and local laws
• Validate guest identification and manage alcohol consumption responsibly
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar throughout your shift
• Take and deliver beverage and food orders, working with kitchen staff as needed
• Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures
• Sanitize tools, bar tops, and high-touch areas regularly
• Sweep, mop, and reset bar areas at the end of each shift
• Identify and report safety concerns or faulty equipment

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous bartending or F&B experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
• A team-player mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift
• Lift/move up to 25 pounds without assistance

Work Environment:

• This is a part-time, hourly position with variable scheduling
• Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy
• Fast-paced, guest-centered setting with high interaction
