All reservations require a credit card at time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
A credit or debit card must be presented upon check-in in the name of the reservation. An authorization hold will be placed on your card for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72-hours or more from the date of check-out at the discretion of your card issuer.
Right of Refusal and Restrictions: Bookings or reservations of ten (10) rooms or more is considered a group booking, regardless of the booking channel. If an individual, or group of individuals, reserve rooms; separately or together, or under alias names; totaling 10 or more rooms at the hotel, for the same or similar stays e.g. weddings, social events, meetings, conferences, etc.; The Winslow Hotels reserves the right to enforce Group terms and conditions for these reservations and/or refuse the bookings made in this manner, making them null and void.
Please note that a change in length of stay or dates of stay for your reservation may result in a rate change. Changes in taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total room price.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake
